Ok so I'm about to grow for the first time, I have some Big Budda Blue Cheese seeds which I am going to grow in a 5ft NFT System.
My question is what is the best way to germinate these, NFT system, light/no light, when to put under light?
All input is much appreciated!

A search would tell you all you need to know.
Also tell us what medium your using in the NFT system and it might help. Doesn't sound like that's seed I would want to waste.
If rockwool, I would start them in the rockwool. The paper towel method is good but you have to be real careful when moving them.

about a month ago I would have said Rockwool but recently was talked into trying Rapid Rooters and their name says it all!!!

Going to try the rapid rooters again here soon just running out of rockwool.
I had good success when I first started with them.
