Starting a medical delivery

any advice please, ive asked a couple of people who tell me they can set me up from 500 to 5000. as i came across a website for delivery service stater kit. it says i only need my med. rec., patient form and thats all. there are no delivery service in my area so i would like to jump on it and advice thanks
