Can we just be quiet for 3 days, 3 fucking days on this board. A bunch of finger pointing is no good. So how about 3 days to sit and think. Maybe Terri will die, maybe not. But why do we care so much? She is one person in America who gets all the attention, this is while American soldiers are getting killed in Iraq, a couple a day. They get what, 2 minutes a day? She is one person. The democrats aren't barbaric murderers, the republicans aren't personal life tramplers. They just have different views and that is how it is. Neither is blessed to be right, but they both act like it. So lets act like a group of humble stoners and be quiet and have no finger pointing, left wing/right wing bashing, or blatant disrespect for 3 days. After that, if you feel you must, go back to yelling, sissy slapping, and self perfecteness speach.
peace

No, I don't think I can. Some things must be shouted from the mountain top. Some things are so important they don't wait. Some things piss a person off so much that they can't be still, quiet, and reflective. When your government decides with evidence as weak as it is in this case to starve a citizen to death, we all have problems. I'm not a left/right guy. I'm not showing any disrespect. I ask simple questions be answered. That Terri's body will be cremated within the hour of her death also shouts volumes from mountain tops. No one knows now and no one will know later. Knowledge should not be feared in a free society.

i concur with bonbonhia.

The following documents have been collected from case evidence, testimony and other sources in the public record.
These items give significant illustration that the circumstances surrounding Terri's collapse may be suspect and that the following actions by the guardian should be investigated.
Some things are so important that we must invade a families personal problems and make them national news.
Some things are so important that we have to tag along our own little personal agendas.
Some things should just be left alone.

but it is not the governments decision...any other time you guys would be ranting and raving over government intervention into citizens' private lives. just because the media sensationalizes what should have been a page 6 article in the b section of the local paper at best doesn't mean we need to bring in the president to butt in with his christian platform or jesse jackson humiliating and shaming mr. schiavo on national tv along with the baseless and probably libelous statements made by 'well meaning friends'...think of what that guy is going through! and he has nothing to gain by his wife's death...he's already got the malpractice money. got it years ago and spent most of it on her care and lawyers fighting for her...he's only carrying out her wishes all the way through to cremation.
but it did wake up most of the population as to what can happen when simple requests aren't written down...

I tell you what--maybe you can take the word of an adulterous, murderous s.o.b.,but I can't..euthanasia,is against Terri's Catholic beliefs,to begin with-and Terri's friend's,said that her wishes, were counter to her husband's wishes, which was to git rid of her..either by murder or else..in order to git married to his mistress..adultry,is a motive for murder and abuse.
M.S. should be criminally investigated for attempted murder and physical abuse..certainly not praised. I hope and pray, that the autopsy report, will reveal the truth..but I fear that the truth will be kept hidden..the report lost..or stolen by Sandy Berger..the party of Death..still has much reach and power.
Have a good one....
