from pollenation to mature seed

Anyone know what the average time is from pollenation-mature seed?

I have no problems harvesting after 4 weeks, but can go longer if the mom isn't quite ready. So 4-6 weeks is usually good for brown, viable seeds. But 3 weeks is pushing it, and viability decreases.
At full seed maturity, the old calyx split's open dispersing the seed.
