my friend and i were watching a clip on youtube about germination and planting the seed etc etc.. and the guy in the clip said NOT to plant the seed with the tail facing downwards,as the root turns in a circle before growing down the way.He said to plant it with the tail upwards as the plant may have ran out of energy before it can surface,therefore killing it!!!

Well i had two of my seeds planted with the tail down as the 3rd hadnt cracked yet,so we tryed it with the 3rd to see if it would work(the stems of the plants in the clip were 24hrs old and looked very thick and healthy).well the seeds that i had planted with the tail down are nice and perfect as for the one with the tail up DEAD!!! The problem is i dont no wheather it my fault or the guy on the clip.any1 else plant the seeds tails up!!!

Some say taproot up, some say down, I just put mine in... Watering the cups can make the seeds travel too. I doubt it died because of it's direction, but maybe too deep, too cold, too warm, too old?

I try to put them horizantal, tap root facing sideways. Let them figure out which way is up.;)
