Safe pest control?

I found some damned aphids sneaking onto my plants. They havn't done too much yet, but can anyone suggest some safe ways to dispose of them without harming possible future smoke?

Try Neem oil out. Spray it with a spray bottle directly onto the leaves. It's totally natural and organic. Shouldn't effect your bud quality at all except to keep the bugs away.
