i think you need to check the PH balance of your soil, your leaves look distorted.
also sex wont show until you start your plants on a light cycle of 12/12

Are those current pictures? They look very, very small for being almost 4 weeks old already. I am going to agree with the previous poster. I would check your ph and soil mixture as something may not be right. Now I will leave room for a more experience grower to chime in.

7 is okay, but optimal nutrient intake is 6.5.
also, take it easy on the nutes if your soil already has them.

yorbon what i did was took a construction drop light and took the light cage off and put a socket splitter on it which gave me two sockets then i put splitters on those two which gave me four sockets. i did it with two drop lights seem to be working great. then i took cardboad and made a reflector that rest on the bulky part which has the on and off switch about four inches off the light that i covered in aluminum foil . it shoots the light right down on the. then just covered the wall snd door with aluminum foil. and put a fan in to keep the air moving

I would be cautious with aluminum foil; it can give rise to heat problems and create hotspots.
Meant to ask - do you know your the temperature when the plant is under the light?
