well my dealer is out of town (or he just doesn't answer anymore). and I just saw Euphoric say something about astral projection. anyone know how to do that stuff?
Astral Projection takes alot of patience. Astral Projection is where you Astral Body leaves you physcial body & you are aware of it. Anyway here's a link to get you started.

haha ok nevermind..i dont even remember what i was going to send.....*smokes a bowl* ahh..now i remember. but im too spiteful to send it now.
anyway, i do believe that consistant, concentrated mind wars can help turn this tide faster..where highly attuned spiritual/stoner masterminds focus their psychic talents on changing the laws. it's just about being organized. im pretty sure theres no law against peaceful astral activism?

It's vary possible, you don't have to die in order to do that. This physical plane and the reality around us can be changed at will if you have a strong mind, strong will, and if you're trained properly in the occult arts.

with astral projection you can acctually see heaven and hell..and everything in between..why can you see them? because they are fake, created from such a strong human belief. My uncle astral projects, I have tried but unsuccessfully so far you have to go to sleep but keep your mind clear and awake. Even if you manage to do it successfully you should go back to your body within a minute or you will fall completly asleep and forget that it happend.

Hell is one of the seven lower spheres of the astral dementions or planes. Heaven is probably one of the seven upper spheres of the astral planes, and earth or, this plane of physical existance is in between both the lower and upper seven spheres of the astral planes. It sounds confusing at first, but when you go deeper into these studies of this subject matter, you will begin to understand the ideas and consepts.

I could understand the therey of the seven lower and upper astral planes, but what I don't get is the thereys on or about other "dementions". Are they an extention of the seven planes of both the higher and lower astral realms? or are they a whole new set or mass of thereies? I'm confused there.

i've had an astral projection believe it or not...it was when i was much younger and i was sick kinda....i started feeling really weird....and as me always climbing on shit i climbed ontop of my dresser and laid there (fully conscience this whole time might i add) i started to feel like i was flying very fast back and fourth until it stopped...when it stopped i was standing in the door way staring up at myself wondering if it was a dream. i saw my grandma walk in through the door way and start talking to me...i then suddenly jumped back (i guess cuz i lost concentration?) the weird thing was i saw stuff on her that i wouldn't have known otherwise (she had just taken a shower and changed clothes and i had no idea what she was even wearing but i saw what she was wearing before i had even "woke up". very strange....never happened again either....although it was quite a fun expereince and i'd welcome it back any time

yo stoner..well i downloaded the e-book from a p2p (soulseek)
but..mwaha..check it out..
(Taken from Leaving The Body: A Complete Guide to Astral Projection, D. Scott Rogo, Prentice Hall Press) theres about 6 steps total, heres the first 2...
Step one: Relax the body. According to Monroe, "the ability to relax is the first prerequisite, perhaps even the first step itself" to having an OBE (Out of Body Experience). This includes both physical and mental relaxation. Monroe does not suggest a method of attaining this relaxation, although Progressive Muscle relaxation, coupled with deep breathing exercises (inhale 1, exhale 2, inhale 3.... until 50 or 100) are known to work well. (dr. euphoric suggests DRUGS!! )
Step two: Enter the state bordering sleep. This is known as the Hypnagogic state. Once again, Monroe doesn't recommend any method of doing this. (dr. euphoric says..MEDITATION + NACHOS) One way is to hold your forearm up, while keeping your upper arm on the bed, or ground. As you start to fall asleep, your arm will fall, and you will awaken again. With practice, you can learn to control the Hypnagogic state without using your arm. Another method is to concentrate on an object. When other images start to enter your thoughts, you have entered the Hypnagogic state. Passively watch these images. This will also help you maintain this state of near-sleep. Monroe calls this Condition A.
ok how about one more..ill post the other steps later. stay tuned next week when we take over the world
Step three: Deepen this state. Begin to clear your mind. Observe your field of vision through your closed eyes. Do nothing more for a while. Simply look through your closed eyelids at the blackness in front of you. After a while, you may notice light patterns. These are simply neural discharges. They have no specific effect. Ignore them. When they cease, one has entered what Monroe calls Condition B. From here, one must enter an even deeper state of relaxation which Monroe calls Condition C -- a state of such relaxation that you lose all awareness of the body and sensory stimulation. You are almost in a void in which your only source of stimulation will be your own thoughts. The ideal state for leaving your body is Condition D. This is Condition C when it is voluntarily induced from a rested and refreshed condition and is not the effect of normal fatigue. To achieve Condition D, Monroe suggests that you practice entering it in the morning or after a short nap.

I've done this by accident like twice. The last time was fairly recently actually, I woke up and I was out of my body, and I closed my eyes and felt them close, and put my fingers on my closed eyelids, and my vision was the same as when I first opened my eyes. I tried to turn around to face myself cause I freaked out (being like 7 inches above myself) and then I rolled out of bed. It was probably just a really realistic dream right before I woke up, but I read about astral projection after the first time I had one of those and I'm sure that it's at least what it feels like.
It really isn't hard to leave your body, try doing it right when you wake up. Almost all my projections happen of a morning. You will know the feeling when you get it, and you will proably freak out your first few times.

i didn't freak out...it was just fun and cool...but i was also to young to understand the concept of leaving my body so that's why i might not have freaked

I think the only time Astral Projection actually occurs is when a person dies; I've always wondered about what happens to your consciousness when your physical body is no more. Do you still have the power of cognition or is it nothing but eternal darkness? I guess this is where religion comes into play. Maybe someone could expand on what the hell I'm talking about.

you go through a process of returning to ur spiritual form this takes 3 days at the end you walk through a door that has your real name on it. You are then rewarded for your lifetime with a new color which is what your spiritual body is composed of, a ball of colors. I've heard theres such thing as spiritual sex!
yeah astral projection & OOBE's happen alot when we are younger, proably because at that young age we are more open to the spiritual side of things & more "in tune" with the higher frequenceys.

ive been doing it over 20 years and thousands of time. stoner spirit is right about the heaven and hells. when people die they may see thier heavens or hells but soon they will realize they can go through countless dimensions at will. the brain is made of physical matter but the soul is not and can go beyond that boundry. mostly everything is made of empty space and in this empty space is where our soul can go. most of modern mans knowledge of the other dimensions has been suppressed since birth. just because you havent done something doesnt mean its not possible.

Euphoric- the steps you listed mentioned Monroe. Its probably referring to Robert Monroe who did a lot of work with OBEs in his lifetime (i believe he has passed away now). He founded an institute in Virginia i believe that has done a lot of research into this phenomonon. They now have audio stimulants which cause many people to naturally exit their bodies. I haven't gotten these yet but i'd love to get some and try it sometime. I've tried to naturally project a few times but without much success.

ok heres a method that works. It takes about 1 month to 3 months for it to work because you have to program your subconcious but here it is.
every night before you go to bed look at your hands and tell yourself that if you look at your hands in your dreams then you will realize that you are dreaming and can then project from the dream.
dont forget do this every night.
it works great
good luck
and for anyone who doesnt believe in this think about this .....
your mind and thoughts and emotions are not solid matter are they?
therefore you can separate your mind from the bonds of solid matter

ok heres method two "the one that works the most for me"
if you wake up early in the morning grab a quick coffee because your brain needs the sugars for this procces
next lay back down and relax your whole body
keep relaxing more and more untill your body starts vibrating kinda like when your foot falls asleep
your body will be vibrating to an almost unbearable extent but just remember, relax and let this happen. the more you relax the more intense this becomes but you have to relax more and more
all the sudden you will feel a little different and if you sit up you will notice that you are actually out of your body
now try to fly through a window or a wall, you will be in the same room you started but things will be a little bit different "a door could be on another wall or something"
the first method I posted is a good start to being able to do this method and it is called lucid awakening but with this second method your mind will be alert for the whole transition into astral form
sometimes I am able to do this in the afternoon
also if you were to instead of getting 8 hours of sleep every night that you were to break that up into two sleeps of 4 hours it will be less of a transition to get into astral form

Wow, I used to do that all the time and I totally stopped. I don't know why I stopped, I just did. The way I learned is I used to meditate a lot before I started smoking and I would feel the world and energy around me and bring it in by sitting up straight and breathing deeply. It's great practice for the mind soul and body. I would sit up straight and anytime my head would fall around, I'd wake up. Kinda like what Euphoric was saying with the arm thing. You can't really have any instructions on how to do this.. you just have to be open-minded and relaxed and feel your way out of your body... if that makes sense.

this is not unlike buddist medititation clearing your mind and laeving all material bonds i should try yhis

yes mellow you have to enter a trance state before projection if you spend enough time in this trance state you may obtain enlightonment. There is a buddic realm in the astral probably created by buddists but I dont know.

I've been working on this for a good while now (over a month, I know I shouldn't give up yet) but most of the successes I've had were short-lived or accidental. My main problem is the vibrational state, every time it happens it seems to stop, no matter how much I think I'm relaxing. Also, is that hand trick from Don Juan?
harmonicminor
07-06-2005, 04:27 AM
I am not sure, one of my friends taught me that when I was 14. But I started at about 6 when I used to have nightmares and my mom taught me that If I was having a nightmare then I would be able to realize it and then be able to controll it. I know of the vibration thing you are talking of. Sometimes the buzzing gets bad and then goes away but heres what ya gotta do....... The trick is to keep your mind alert because it can go lucid real quick.......when the buzzing is real intense sit right up and you may just not be in your body.
One more method..........
After smoking Salvia Divinorum I try to use my Astral Projection methods
I also have very lucid dreams every night for 2 weeks after smoking
I am also interested in trying the Holy Grail mix as mentioned on the James Arthur website. I can garantee you will be on the other side and in more controll than even Astral Travel can take you. The problem with Astral Travel is your mind is still limited by the psyche and doesnt know how to travel through the dimensions that well but with the right spirit plant guiding you you will be able to see much much more that is out there. Kind of like the reason you psyche doesnt let you remember past or future lives and that reason is that your physical mind cant handle the truth.

I'm pretty new at this website. I got high and started surfing the web. I'm amazed at what you guys are saying. I must have lived in another planet than you guys b/c all this sounds like koo koo. I think the recipe calls for syrian rue, amanitas, psilocybin, opium and mj . I also wouldnt mind trying Salviahuyuasca or however you would spell it. I just have to wait for my phalaris grass to be ready and then I will have everything. But just Amanitas alone could be good too. Theres 3 levels of the Amanita trip
1. probably just trippy like psilocybin
2. time compression where 15 minutes will seem like hours
3. you will see your whole life flash before your eyes in an instant and then you will pop out of your body wich can last longer than any of the astral travelling I have done
when I astral travel normally my max time is about 15 minutes

Do you mind putting a kinda thorough guide of what works for you for straight AP, no drugs? And thanks for the subjective amanita info, all I ever heard about it was "makes things seem like different sizes," I guess people just aren't taking enough. What kind of amanita dose is the level 3?
harmonicminor
07-07-2005, 08:18 PM
I beleive the level 3 dose for amanita is about an ounce. The caps are more potent of course and some people only use the skins of the cap. you can also buy the extract resin thats like 10X. so theoretically it may take 3 grams of 10x for level 3. dont forget the mushrooms need to be boiled for like 15 minutes to turn the ibotenic acid "poison" into muscimol "the stuff you trip off". for the instructions for astral travelling ....... do the programming with hands method as explained in an earlier post and also try this...... when you wake up in the middle of the night or early in the morning grab a quick cup of coffee .... this helps a lot because it creates a chemical reaction in your brain that will allow you to pop out. next lay on your back and just relax your body while keeping your mind alert. you dont want to go lucid because then you will slip into dream mode. your body will become numb from head to toe but keep relaxing your body. all the sudden you will feel kinda wierd but try to sit up. sometimes you will feel stuck like you cant move but you have to overcome this and once you do you will be able to sit up and look down at your sleeping body. when this happens I like to go to the window and put my hands through it like a ghost and it is really neat because you can feel the texture of the atoms of the glass enveloping your soul. then I will fly right through and just go flying around and stuff. one of my favorites is going at high speeds right through buildings. I have even gone right down through the ground like it wasnt even there. once I controlled both my soul "me" and my body. it was wierd as hell. another cool thing is 360 degree vision all around you. some of my recomended reading is any of the Seth books by Jane Roberts, "You Forever" by Lobsang Rampa, any of the Monroe Institute material, and any books you can find on Eckankar. the religion of Eckankar is like 10,000 years old with the books "The Shirati Ki Sugmad" as its bible equivalent but 8000 years older. But I find the Seth material the most fascinating because it is about the nature of reality from the standpoint of a bieng from other dimensions that have never been human. I started reading the books and once I started I couldnt stop untill I read the whole collection. My mom has always been into that stuff along with my grandmother and she got me into it from a young age.
most importantly above anything you have to believe you can do it
good luck bro I hope you get it

Thanks for all the info, I actually just came back from a nap where I think I made some headway. I felt my body fall asleep around my mind, what a weird feeling!
If you'll pardon my stubbornness though, could you explain the "sitting up" part? Because that's actually what ended my nap, I thought I was relaxed enough (my whole body was tingling as if I had a headrush all over) so I tried to sit up in my bed, but I ended up moving my physical body and I lost the feeling. I just don't understand how it should feel--do I try and instigate the feeling, or do I sort of wait for my body to be ready?

when i was younger, i woke up in the middle of a nightmare...but was still in the dream.....and forced myself to open my eyes which was really hard.....is this a subconcious form of AP?
ive also been expirementing with this for a while now, never read up on it just went by what my parents had told me... everytime i get close i force myself back..i think im gunna die or not beable to return....is this possible in this state?? if so how long should one allow themselfs to be in that state before returning?
harmonicminor
07-08-2005, 04:43 AM
no you will automatically return dont worry nomad. your soul is connected spiritually at the solar plexus through a silver spiritual cord. the only way of you not getting back is through death of the physical body and you dont have any family members out to get you in your sleep do you? and yes it is very close with the nightmare thing. you realized you were dreaming and then had controll. only thing is you could have stayed out instead of waking up.
Dick you may have been close too. It is a hard thing to do without going lucid. there is a very fine line between nothing and going astral but dont give up. keep trying because it does take practice. sometimes I cant do it either and sometimes can do it like 4 or 5 times right in a row. by sitting up just at the right moment you arent letting your mind fall asleep but are far enough out to just pop out. just keep trying and when you are laying there reassure yourself you will do it.
everyone weather they realize or not leaves thier body at night when they sleep.
the trick is having your concious mind in controll at the time
did you ever have a dream you were falling and then suddenly you wake up?
that is your soul reentering your body
or maybe you wake up and feel on the wrong side of the bed? what this is is your soul didnt reenter correctly and is out of alignment with your body. a quick snooze always helps this. it sounds wierd but its true. at least thats what Seth says

the difference is with Astral Travel you are fully concious and aware. You know you are in astral form and from there can do many things.
I also have dreams that turn real but only when girlfriends and my ex wife cheated on me. I was seeing a girl last summer who I told about this happening and a few months later she went away to the Marlboro ranch and guess what? I had dreams of her cheating on me while she was there. I told her about it the next day when she called from there. well I didnt see her again. she must have freaked out and thought she could never cheat on me without me knowing and so therefore that ended that.

Seriously though, this makes me wanna do it even more. Not to mention I just read all of this stuff (http://www.jonasridgeway.com/1stobe.html), which blows my mind, the idea that people have been doing this kind of thing recreationally forever! And to think, some people are hooking down Datura seeds or Benadryl to get alternate realities they can believe in. How about the real deal! Damn man, I need sleep. Sleep and travel.

Astral-projection happened to me when I was at last period in 9th grade and I noticed on a lightswitch, for four set of lights, that one was missing. Everyone was standing up, waiting for the final bell, I was near the door where the lights were and tried to turn off the lights from the inside.
I saw my entire class and my teacher even though my back was turned to them and I was pulling away at fourty-five degree angle.
That was fun, it made the time go by. Next thing I knew, I was standing back at the wall, near the door, the bell rang, and I left.

well ive been trying for awile and the most ive gotten is once ive gotten my arm out of my body. ive gotten into the trance state many times, but dont really know what to do. i dont know if i should just sit up, fearing that i'll just wake from that state. so ive just been staying there, hoping that i'll just sort of lift up or something. anyways, for lucid dreams, ive done it while listening to this tape, but that only worked once. basically what u have to do is get your body completely relaxed, and then imagine that you are going down a ladder, but u cant see the ladder. make sure you arent thinking of any thoughts, push them away. then u should enter the trance state. once u do astrally project, u are in the astral relm, which is basically "mind stuff". its a collection of everybodys thoughts, and u can shape them into whatever you want, and could make any situation possible. you also have spherical vision, which means u can see all arround you. also, theres something simmilar called lucid dreaming. that is when you are dreaming, but are aware that you are dreaming. from there, you can do whatever you want. well, hope this helps.

Hi guys. I have had numerous out of body experiences, starting from being a child, and waking up outside of my body, although at that time i had absolutely no control over what i was doing. More recently i have been experimenting with fully intentive and conscious astral projections, and have managed this about a dozen or so times, as and when the whim takes me! The biggest barrier that prevents people from projecting is fear. Many people can relax themselves and induce the vibrations needed, but when the vibes become too intense, they get scared and stop the proceedings! I can totally relate to this as i have been through it myself. It took me many attempts to overcome my fears and finally project, and boy am i glad i did!! Another thing that makes people stop right on the verge of projecting, is the feeling that your heart is about to pound out of your chest! This is mainly what used to stop me until i realised that it wasn't actually my heart pounding! The pounding feeling is caused by energy coursing through your heart chakra (energy that is needed to project), and genuinely feels like your actual heart. But in reality, your body is so relaxed at this point, that your real heart is just ticking away very quietly! This info can be verified by many sources on the web, and i hope it helps some of you to project. Believe me you will be glad you did. The main thing to remember when projecting is that absolutely nothing can hurt or harm you, so don't fear it, and just go with the flow.
Happy travellings!!
