I have a military test coming up pretty much in about 2-4 weeks. I smoked 1/4th of a blunt last Friday and maybe some 2 weeks before that. I smoke 1-2 times a month never more then 1 blunt or 1-2 bowl hits shared between 2-4 people.

I'm on a diet and losing weight also. I've lost over 50 pounds since I've started smoking ( saying this to see if it helps to pass not to brag ).

I weight train and do cardio 5-6 days a week.

My question is how long do you think I'd have to wait to pass a 50ng test for the military and should I stop taking my supplements that contain niacin ( I read that if your niacin or creatinine levels are high the military will send the test to an even harder tester that detects at 15ng ) and just go in there with some aqua and b12?

And will doing all this exercise help me to get it outta the fat cells quicker too?

I'm 5'8 193 lbs. On the online Calculator I calculated over 3 months of smoking once every 14 days and after 18 days ( the minimum time until my drug test ) I would be under 25 ngs.

Do you think with exercise this would be at 0 by then? I've lost over 1 lb since I last smoked maybe even 2.

I'm curious as too if I shouldn't work out the day before the test in case there is some in my system? With that long of a wait and exercise would exercise the week of the test really matter?

You're going to want to test yourself at home with some chaep thc test strips before you do the real thing.
Given your history my guess would be you would test completely clean 2 weeks after your last smoke session. But test yourself to be sure.

I read that if your niacin or creatinine levels are high the military will send the test to an even harder tester that detects at 15ng ) Thats BS all the way.

For starters niacin does nothing to pass a U/A. Niacin levels are not even checked in a U/A.

High creatinine levels are a non-issue. There are no upper limits established for creatinine. Low creatinine levels are what the labs check for. Low creatinine levels indicate overdilution.

Finally, An initial assay screen is done on all urine samples, even on the ones that fail the dilution checks.

Does losing weight affect it a lot? I'm losing about 1.5-2 lbs a week.

Also if my guess is right about the calculator and my Ngs in the urine are about 22ish and if I am worried about exercising the ngs would have to over double in my urine to fail.

Am I correct in assuming that all ngs in the urine are completely wiped out when you urinate completely or could there be some left? And If exercise does cause someone to over double the amount in 1 sample would there be a direct correlation towards removing it from your entire body?

Someone were to say, smoke every day for 1 month and measure there noids 1 week later and then compare them with smoking for 1 month and then exercising for the final week, could you plot a basic exercise to loss ratio?

Also, some people don't know that the Military has some leniency with marijuana, as in it isn't zero-tolerance as with other substances.

Given your history and pretty light usage you should be able to test completely clean.

Not true. If your in the military, don't smoke PERIOD. Your subject to UA at any time(literally), and with no notice. Unless the rules have changed in the last few years(doubtful), zero tolerence still applies....one and done with a bad conduct discharge.

FWIW, I did 22 years continuous active duty and retired.

As a former "meatgazer" that had to observe UAs for my armor company, I can tell you that it's true you're subject to a UA at any time at all. I got calls at 3:00 AM to come in. It's a dice toss though if you blaze. They don't test all of the samples, but they do a random cross section of the unit. My company commander's driver got caught twice when he peed hot. They didn't toss him out the first two times, but the third time, they chaptered him out. They put him in the drug recovery program, so after he got caught the first time, the spotlight was on him. So it's not zero tolerance in all units, and this was an active-duty unit, but it's subject somewhat to the commander's judgment. I do know that if it were a "harder" drug like heroin, cocaine, etc, he would've been booted most likely. You need to be super careful if you're going to smoke while in the service. Be sure you have a well-laid plan on how you're going to get that fake urine into that little plastic bottle.

I'm not gonna be smoking in the military just have before I got in. I dip so that'll tide me over for the next 20 years lol.

So far I've lost about 2.5 lbs since I last smoked. Wish someone had some sort of correlation. Drug tests cost about 20 bucks right now and I don't quite have the mula for it. Saving up as we speak.

Flexeril or Cyclobenzaprine I took a couple times for 2-3 days to sleep. Not prescribed it should I worry?
