SOMONE PLEASE HELP ME !!!

hey guys,
iv got my 1 and a half week seedling and its been fine up untill a day or 2 its started drooping alot and it has developed brown spots on the true leaves:( it is watered quite alot every 1 and a half days

i think the reason why it has the brown spots is because i sprayed water on the plants leaves and the lights must of burnt it because im using spotlights and they get hot :( iv attached some pics aswell
any help would be much appriceaited thanks guyys

it looks like over-watering is your main problem other than the fact that
you haven't bothered to read any of the many threads teaching people
how to deal with seedlings.
