Dying Leaves. Am I over watering?

First time grower here. Here are 3 Grape Ape plants. Only been planted for 7 days. As you can see in the pictures the leaves are curling down. I admit that I have been giving alot of water and I will watch that. I have 4 100 watt CFL's, but Im getting a 250 watt, 9600 lumen compact fluorescent on July 6th. Its already been purchased and shipped. If its the light what can i do until then?

Oh and I am using Scotts Premium Indoor Potting Soil. Is that cool?

where did you get some grape ape seeds from? i thought it was a clone only strain?

when you plant is still a seedling you want to keep the soil moist, not wet.

I had some grape ape i got from a friend and in it i found 3 seeds. those are the ones pictured. i have some thc bomb that i just planted.
