I know I've seen it on this site and others. It compares the number of deaths from mj, alcohol, prescription drugs, nicotine etc....... Please direct me. Busted for growing and need info for trial.

check out the MPP (Marijuana Policy Project) website, they had a poster of that very chart, awhile ago, and probably all the info you are looking for, too :thumbsup: ... just to prepare you, it's doubtful, the judge would let you introduce that stuff into evidence ... it's not the 'Law' that's on trial, it's 'You' ... the mind of the court tends to be "guilty or innocent ?, how do you plead ? don't confuse the jury with facts" :wtf: ... you'd be better off to explore 'jury nullification' law ... it basically means, even if you're guilty as hell, if ONE juror feels your crime was breaking an 'unjust' law, you walk ... you'd only need one potsmoker to win, BUT, most courts don't want to allow that, either ... ask your attorney ... :smokin:
