Gnats in the grow room. help!

Bugs! please help!
I am getting little gnats (maybe little fruit flys) in my grow room. My plants are seedlings in rockwohl...I am doing a drip system directly onto the rockwohl.

What do I do???

Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot....Go one of those type places and get the Hot Shot: No Pest Strip Supposedly works wonders for the little f***ers, along with other no want bugs.

thank you...I will ne killing by hand...and pick that strip up in the morning.
My fiance' says it is fricking amusing to watch a fully grown man trying to catch gnats. She wants to film it for u-tube.

If that doesn't work for you, I picked this stuff up from lowes called Organicide. Cost $11 for a spray bottle of it, but I foliage sprayed them for the little spider mite outbreak I had and the stuff cleared them all up. Haven't had a bug problem since. Stuff leaves a weird smell for a couple of days, but goes away. Also the stuff is OMRI (Organic Materials Review Institute) listed.
