Hi everyone,
I wanted to update all on my experience this am and my fear of the dreaded UA dipstick I mentioned in another thread.
I arrived bright and early to the DT center this am.
After about 25 minutes they finally took me back to pee.
Surprisingly, they never asked me to empty my pockets.
They just had me wash my hands and then go the bathroom, door closed.
I subbed my Quick Fix 5.7 just fine into the cup. And yes, the temp was correct and marked on the paper as so.
The girl took my sample, split it and saved a tiny bit for the inevitable UA dipstick test...at this point I was freaked the hell out but refrained from showing it.
She dipped the stick and here's what she looked at:
Glucose = negative
Blood = negative
Specific Gravity = 1.005
CAN YOU SAY PASSING!! Everything above was within normal limits or negative.
After she was done with that, she finished the paper work and threw the samples in a bag and into the fridge....
From everything everyone has said, as long as the temp was right I have nothing to worry about. SO...unless something freaky happens, this will be my official 2nd time passing with Quick Fix. And you better believe I feel MUCH MUCH better knowing it will pass the UA dipstick test!!
Thanks for all of the great info on this site!!
