My buddy sent me this link and I was really shocked in a good way . Almost breathless! Tell me what you all think about this? Also I'd like to hear your opinions about it good and bad! The future of gaming is very impressive! I think this will be a good thread  Make sure you all read everything and watch the video

Also too it's already out and about $80.00+ for it!

It seems like NIA is an effective alternative to button clikcing and fancy mousework.
However, I find it disconcerting how there are NO negative reviews of this product. There is always someone who, even while giving a great review, will point out at least ONE thing that could be improved upon. It's sort of misleading how the website praises itself.
There is definitely going to be a competitive market for hands free gaming VERY soon

Yes I agree with you. But this is just the dawn of a new gaming age, I'm sure the next generation will have something like this to even control anything and everything that you own. Honda in Japan is making a head set like this for vehicles so that you don't have to use your hands or feet to drive, you use your mind! Just imagine for gaming and driving how you would preform under the influence of a substance haha New DUI laws and all haha
But thanks for checking it out, I was surprised that someone even did out of the twenty something views this thread had. I expected a little bit more because this product is so amazing

supposedly xbox is moving towards similar technology
to me though this kind of takes all the fun out of the games, if you could just sit there and not have to move a muscle then a lot of the "button-mashing" games would lose their appeal
it would definitely be something id love to try out though, and for $80, why not

Yeah that is true but think about the ones who have bad wrist and can't use them too much. And just the though of using your brain to control what you can in the game would just be great.

I really doubt this technology will be THAT advanced to where you can "mind control" a whole video game. That device i saw on tv and it just monitor's your brain waves through the headset and links them back to the station that recieves the waves to control what you're doing. I doubt they would advance it to be able to actually move or press certain buttons using your mind. Kinda iffy to me
