Hello again,

I have another question.

If the collector "suspects" the sub is synthetic and you are having a blood test (as I am) to check for immunities against certain viruses or infections such as Hep B, chicken pox, Tetanus-Diptheria_Pertussis, Mumps-Measles-Rubella can the lab use your blood to test for drugs? Are they obligated to tell you they are checking your blood? Do I have any rights to protect me against them doing something like this?

As crazy as it sounds we got the testing facility on the phone and told them that one of our co-workers is extremely overweight and can't easily pee in a cup. We asked them if they could they do his drug test via the blood since he was having the "immunity titer" done also? They told us no, they don't test that way, but in the end can they if they suspect your subbing?

I would appreciate anyone who has had a similar pre-employment physical done to shed some light on this for me. My test is in two days (Thursday morning) and I could really use some reassurance here. :)

As always, thank you for your advice in advance.
