here is a thought I had yesterday while driving to work . . . If the new Obama Admistration's policy on med use is to follow the constitution and respect all the amendments, and thus allow the states to decide, then what about Washington DC? Some of you may remember that the District of Columbia passed an initiative to allow medical use of cannabis, but the Congress acted to trump the will of the DC voters.
In light of the new policy wouldn't it follow that DC is now also a free and legal medical cannabis district? Couldn't the Obamas being growing some in their herb garden right now? . . . legally? I would be. :smokin:
