I think I'm chasing another problem. The first pic is 500kb and the second is 900kb.

The seedlings are 6 days old.

Water: 6.0pH, zero PPM then added a small amount of Technaflora B-1 (1ml/4 litres= 20ppm).

Light: Sunleaves Vitalume 4', T5, 54watt, Just moved back from 12" to 18" because I was thinking they might be too close. On 24hrs.

Medium: I switched from Rockwool to Oasis cubes last night. It stressed them but saved their life. I LOVE OASIS CUBES.

Air: Excellent air circulation and ventilation.
Temp: Averages 78 degrees Fahrenheit
Humidity: Averages 55%

I consider myself a rookie grower, but I have a strong background in Botany and the sciences. I think the plant is telling me that it is being underwatered (even though I think the moisture level is fine) and that maybe I should add a small % of nutes because it used up a lot of energy trying to survive after the overwatering episode that caused the stress to begin with. But I am very, very hesitant to use anything but my current 20ppm elixir. Could it really be nutrient deficient at only six days old (unless the stress used up its reserves?). I normally add nutes when the cotyledons turn yellow, but that indicator does not work any more. It also seems to be telling me that it has heat stress, even though my temps are solid. One of these is Blueberry and the other is NL x Big Bud. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Light: Sunleaves Vitalume 4', T5, 54watt, Just moved back from 12" to 18" because I was thinking they might be too close. On 24hrs.Your light is way too far away. Set your seedlings about 4 inches away and see how that goes.

Since your water is only 20 PPM, are you using R/O water? Seems a bit low, even for seedlings, but I don't grow in rockwool or oasis.

I have no experience with either R/O water nor your medium, so someone else will have to jump in with the feeding info for your situation.

In the meantime, you can search for feeding info when using R/O water, or just general feeding info for hydro grows. For additional reading, all the info you need is in the Stickies to be found at the top of each forum.

There is also a sticky troubleshooting form that helps us help you diagnose your problem. I would suggest you fill it out and repost.

good luck,

No nutes for seedlings untill a least 2 weeks old. Some say untill 4 sets of nodes but 2 weeks at least. Moving them from rockwool to oasis was a big stress on them little seedlings. But all in all they are still alive.

as LOC NAR said, no nutes for 2 weeks ... no more B1 additives, either ... those 'Oasis' thingies look a lot like RapidRooter plugs, if so, that's great  ... overwatering, too damp medium, also causes yellow leaves, etc ... don't worry about your light distance right now ... while building roots, the plant doesn't need the light ... move your lamp closer, if and when , the stems start 'stretching' ... I didn't use T5s, but T10s and T12s, need to be kept within an inch of the tops ... for now, your distance seems fine, no stretching ... be patient ... :smokin:

pot them already in about a half to a full gal wet soil and leave it alone for a week.

a couple inches at start and then just dont let them touch after the plant establishes
