Please Help!! just spotted today any idea??

Its a early sativa about 5 weeks old, potted in sunshine #4 and have fertilized with fox farm grow big a couple of times. Just noticed the very small brown/rust colored spots on the leaves. Im not sure whats wrong so any ideas would be great.

ok well I tested the ph and its about 6-6.5 so im all out of ideas
