Hey everybdy, I used to grow theses plants, same strain, every year and over time they began to grow taller and taller, eventually 14 footers and after 4 years they went from one hitter quitters to useless, smoke a bale and not get a buzz, kinda stuff. They were big producers. They also became mutated big time with curly, twisty gangliness and purple sickly-looking spots, but not any kind of deficiency or natural purple. It maybe have been a kind of fungus it was susceptible to as fungicide helped, but not with the mutations. And it always put off seeds even though I was very vigilant about getting rid of occasional hermies and all the males and quick. So after 3 years I went back out to the spot (awesome place to grow, full sun, black dirt valley, couldn't be seen, plenty of space), and low and behold there was grass everywhere, 60+ plants just doin' its own thing out there. I don't know what was pollinating it when I was cultivating it, my guess is some sort of feral hemp in the area, but anyway, no stopping it now, man. You think throwing some good genes out there might help encourage wikd growing potent pot? maybe the low potency genes are too dominant, that might be a losing battle. Sure would be cool to have potent green outgrowing the local vegetation, though. Peace everyone. Comments, discussion are welcome.
