The miracle grow may be too harsh for those seedlings. Maybe you should try something either without time release fertilizers in it or try a different germination method. I used MG soil to grow mine in when I first started years back and it always burned my seedlings up. So, I tried paper towel method once. Hated it. Tried seedling started mix with the jiffy pots. Hated it. Then, I tried peat pellets and LOVED THEM. Makes everything easier and germination was awesome. Just waited for them suckers to pop and show first set of "true" leaves, then put them into my MG garden soil. My first log I used MG soil and fertilizers on my haze and how pretty good results. Just try different ways to you find something that works for you.
All in a nutshell, it may just be the soil is too harsh. Also, sorry for the rant. :D

Next time try a potting soil instead of garden soil - better drainage
oh ya, and mix in 20-25% perlite

Ok where do i get perlite? And what does 20%-25% mean?

you can get perlite at wal-mart, lowes, home depot.....20-25% meaning if you are using lets' say a 1 gallon pot. Mix 25% perlite to 75% potting soil. So you'd have a quart of perlite and three quarts of potting soil (4quarts=one gallon). So, two gallons you would need 2 quarts of perlite. Three gallons = three quarts of perlite and so on. Remember though that when transplanting you will already have previous perlite in also so you may not need to add that much as above. That's just an example of how much is 25% :D
