30 days clean still failing, help??

I am a long term chronic smoker who has been clean for 31 days (not fun!!) and start a new job in 10, failed a self test today and need to pass, what can I do besided sub. I need to be clean any suggestions.

Yeah man I feel ya on that, I too am a chronic smoker and it took me 65 days to test clean with the first urine of the day. The best thing I can tell you is to, continue working out, sit in a steam room or sauna if you can, and follow the dilution sticky, or sub. Good luck to you.

If you have the cash, buy one of the cleanse products at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. Test yourself to make sure, but if you've been clean, they'll strip out everything else.

They do no such thing. :rolleyes: They do not "strip out" THC, despite what the makers and peddlers would like you to believe. Magic "cleanse" potions "work" by diluting the THCA concentration in the bladder so the urine sample tests negative on the assay. Because they work by dilution, their actions are only temporary. Once all of the fluids taken in had been voided out, a "dirty" donor will resume testing positive for THC.

There is no product that can permanently rid the body of THC. Only time and fat-burning exercise can do that.

Don't forget to PRACTICE the dilution method before you take the drug test, just to see what works for you. I practiced yesterday to make sure, and its a good thing too. My creatine and specific gravity levels were low, so now I know now to drink too much water, and instead drink Gatorade. Also, this morning I did an at-home drug test, and it actually came back clean with my first piss of the day!

I agree about practicing the dillution method. I have a UA coming up in a few days too and my morning voids are passing with an extremely faint t line. When I practice dillution in the afternoon with about half the recomended liquids I am passing with a much more visible t line although every testing co. tells you that the t line intesnsity does not matter, I think a darker line makes us all feel better. Bottom line I will be doing the dillution method when I take my UA because I know it works for me.

I used to sleep smoke. when i had a girlfriend she said i would wake up at night and pack a bowl around 3:30 - 4:00 am. but i didnt remeber
