looking real nice
I'm assuming that's perlite on top of your soil?
Maybe when you transplant, have the perlite mixed in with the potting soil (20-25% mixed in)
I'd say at least a week for transplanting, keep going!

Things are going well I have not seen any stress on any also I changed my location which is much cooler 75f 40%rh lights off 68 -70 degrees with 20hrs on 4 off on a timer and 2 fans ph is @ 6.5 to 6.8 I still don't want to top them yet 1 more week and I will. I never grown before so I am an amateur. I defiantly want to feed nutrients but @ what time before flower or during I am reading every bit of info I can thanx to all

perhaps you should learn to use punctuation as it will make your posts easier to read (some people won't even try to read it).
as far as nutes, you can feed once the plants are mature, or they have alternating nodes. usually around 4-5 nodes.
from there it depends on budget and seriousness.

This is when you can also start topping them, if that is your desire.
As being a CFL'er, I also like to incorporate LST'ing along with topping; a simple bending of the main stalk will ensure nice light distribution to lower branches.
Keep up the good work!
