a proposition in 2010

How do we go about getting a proposotion on the legalization of marijuana on
the ballot in 2010. It seems like the time is right to put it up for the people of california to vote on. Just as they did on the right to gay marriage. Anyone?:stoned::stoned:

why dont we just all get a big mob and storm into the white house and demand legalization of MARIJUANA

i think the attack should start with bombarding the political climate with demands that cannabis be removed from schedule 1.

get cannabis/hemp/MMJ rescheduled to schedule 3.

clearly, cannabis DOES have medicinal qualities and benefits.

i am not sure HOW rescheduling can be done, or what it takes to do it.

but i am sure that it needs to be done first to clear the way for legalization.

give the gvernment as chance to deny that they have been supplying MMJ for years (decades) to a few patients in the USA, and that compassionate program was smashed down by politicians worried about appearing soft on drugs.

then get them to admit that IF there were such a program, it would be evidence enough to take cannabis OFF schedule 1.

then show them the evidence, and listen to them stutter.
