Scrawney plant neeed help!!!

this is a picture of my plants and they are in 12/12 right now but they are just growing up and not growing bushy i want my plants to be bushy so any help will be appreciated.

topping them is the best way, but it's too late for that. lst(low stress training) will work, just be careful not to snap any branches.

how do i do that?

with string or wire bend the main stem down where you want it; train the plant to grow how you want. if you bend it horozanally branches will begin to grow from the nodes.
