welcome to the boards cali. glad to have you here at cann.com. like syde said, you should do some research on your own and then ask questions.
if you at least lay out a rough idea people would be more than happy to chime in. no one is gonna build your grow room for you though.
like syde said again, avoid the caps. it's like yelling in cyberspace. using correct capitilization excluded.
so come one with some good questions.
like for one, what is your budget?

If you are after a constant harvest, you will need to separate your veg and bloom areas. Bud room usually is the bigger of the 2.

And go with 600hps not 1000's to limit the heat issue. Figure out what kind of ventilation you're going to need for intake, exhaust and odor control. The vetilation should be the first thing you look at other wise it gets difficult to fix while you're growing.
Light movers work well so you can limit how many lights you have to use thus keeping light bills down.

Any lowes or home depot will have a lot of the stuff. You can build carbon scrubbers yourself easily. You may run into heat issues so keep air conditioning in mind.

Think hard about this, what are you going to do if you need to get into your veg area during the dark period? Do you have to go thru the room to get to the closet? Dark means total darkness for the entire dark period.
