Bud easy 2 score in Vancouver(sp?)?

Ya so my mom asks me, "U wanna goto canada with us to see my family?" I was thinkin hmmmm i could prob get some tight buds in Vancouver...but! i dont know anything about Vancouver and if its easy to get bud there or not...and where can i get it from? Would i have to know somebody? I dunno guys dwell on this for a min and reply
