I just graduated high school and am basically trying to move out of the house before i try a full grow. Ive grown some at home for about 3 weeks until i cant do anything else because of parents then they just die. I wonder if I could transport them outside in pots because the red clay in ga is a bitch.

Hey man. I live in Georgia, too. The weather isn't the best for growing right now. It's been raining like crazy with minimal sunshine. Sucks, doesn't it?

haha yea it i illin me. ive got a spot out in my woods but the soil doesnt drain good and theres not enough sunlight but if i could do pots then i could transpost them to sunny areas and dark areas when needed also when theres a cold night or thunderstorms i could take care of the situation.

Another guy from Ga.. I'm also 30 mins. south of Atlanta. Great to see you here! I've got better than 18 years experience with weed. About 7 of those years are indoors... If you need any suggestions or just have a question? Ask! It don't matter how trivial or stupid you may think it is!!! I'll be sure and do the best to answer your request as to the best of my ability!

New to the site as well, been in the game for just 4 years.
"Yea Come On" would describe my general direction.

Man...its good to see a new generation coming up in GA. Seems like crack just about killed any possiblity of a good scene. The police state (in Griffin at least) seems like it imploded on itself with all the Klansmen spending all the money on gasoline for their cruisers...either that or some good people in Atlanta brought the hammer down on them filling that new jail full of black (and poor white) people so they can make a profit off of state funding. I was born there and saw the new jail get built (actually had a beer with the head contractor). The cops there were as bad as any Nazi regime and it forced me to move to NC where its at least a civil society. I would be very cautious growing anywhere in GA ESPECIALLY your parents house. The last thing you want is to effect them when they didn't sign up for it. Trust me, people will find out and then your parents will find out. I was very active in GA and lived in my own place and my Mom knocks on the door one day with rumors of me being a meth dealer...that was certainly not true, but you get the picture. The only thing that saved me was paranoia which led to the move. You got a lot of sheeple believing anything the authorities tell them and without a collective effort coming from lawyers and politicians in Atlanta at a State level, you can't change the culture. If you try to guerilla grow they will wait for you, it happens. I don't know exactly where you are, and don't want to know (for your own sake), but there is increasingly few places on a GA map that I would attempt what you are doing. My only advice would be to try finding a spot that you rent and create a greenhouse with other safe plants...Keep a real secret and NEVER tell ANYONE...you will figure out over the next few years who you can really trust, but don't do this just to provide for a group of friends that you may associate with now. No offense, but just getting out of High School offers a lot of changes in your life. People come and go, your knowledge will be there forever....learn as much as you can about growing and you'll know when the time and circumstances are right for your personal operation. You can grow some awesome weed near the Grizzle when the sun is right.

You may also want to look into Hawaiian (or Cannabis) Christian Ministries and other groups that use mj as sacrament during services. I think it was the Freedom of Religion Act of 1991 that allows this to take place. There are other groups but this one offers legal counsel if you get in trouble. A couple of friends and I became ordained ministers through the Universal Church of Life or something like that...it was a bit cheeky, but we did it anyway, just in case. Make sure you don't just outright sell it though...its meant for personal and congregational use if you get my drift.

GaGrown-Thanks i'll do that when i start up again
Wiserleo-Thanks for the advice
I just got done with high school and for the simple fact that i'm still at home with my parents i've chosen not do try and grow it but gain as much knowledge about it then work my way to what i hope will be a good grow. I've never had any "dank" or homegrown its always just been the "mids" from the local dealers so i just want to try a different strand basically thats why i want to grow.

I seem to remember a prominent district attorney from Dekalb with a name similar as your screen name. Hope there is no relationship.
Anyway welcome to the forum, there are a few people from Ga. here.
