That sounds like some bull, I always hear that they have too much money, and every once and a while they have to throw it into some pointless, last minute renivation project because if they dont spend it within an alotted time, they have to give it back... But really i dont know that much about Texas so I guess i shouldnt be talkin...

yeah, if you look at the comprehensive annual financial report of any state, states are swimming in extra money...
that's kind of like the big lie to all of us...all these elites pass around the CAFRs while telling us we need to cut the budget and there's not enough money, it's a monumental lie. they are given to the heads of all major media companies, corporations and outlets, yet they are NEVER reported on.
this is about greed and control, and destroying the middle class further with more taxes. this is just another tax that's going to be jacked up higher and higher.

my state has a huge deficate.also weve had so much snow that we are running out of salt and the towns have no money left to pay for it anyway. i think all major highways are toll roads up here. Maine is a real pain because the prices are all different and you dont know what its going to be until you get there(.75-1.00-1.50 so on)

i'd be willing to bet if you checked your state's CAFR, they have plenty of money, they're just stealing it and investing it, and keeping it.
