when to come indoors

just got some good seeds started in a large pot outdoors. not sure how good the soil is but they look healthy for one week. my question is how and when to move them indoors (to avoid detection) and should I leave them in this huge pot? also is there a thread to follow on my situation for basic knowledge?...have hps light 250 watt and have cleaned utility closet for grow room. last time i did great in there but got spider mites who sucked the life out of the plants hence mulched.

Never mix outdoors with indoors you are taking all them bugs and stuff inside.
