i really want to know what happens and why it happens, and if it affects my body in a negative way so hear me out:
so this has happens,(it's happened about 6 times)
i take a really really big hit, as i'm exhaling i either cough or make some weird weezing noise(according to my friends) my eyes roll into the back of my head, and my body goes numb. my friends tell me i just fall and lay there quietly, then twitch a little, then i wake back up. for me, i take the hit, then my body starts shaking and i feel a huge buzz and headrush, and when i snap back into reality, i feel really tired and suuuper faded. someone please explain what's happening :(

What you're describing sounds just like what I feel, having a seizure. I didn't get diagnosed with epilepsy until I was 33 and what you described only happened a few times when I was growing up, and I was told the same thing about my eyes rolling back and me just going down. This was before I ever tried mj though. I went through the army and into college, it happened at least once again in the army and maybe other times, I kinda don't remember after it happens, its weird. Anyway, started smoking mj in college and it didn't happen again until I'm 33 and had QUIT smoking for about 20 days because I was thinking of looking for a new job. All of a sudden BOOM big seizure out at work and I get taken to the hospital in an ambulance and get my brain scanned six ways from sunday and the results are that I have increased electrical activity in my temporal lobes which can cause a seizure (epilepsy). I get to talking to the neurologist and told him I had been a toker who laid off recently but had been smoking for the past 10 years and he said the mj works on the brain in the same way as the prescription meds and that stopping usage had likely caused the seizure, also that mj had likely kept me seizing for the past 10 years. You need an EEG and a CT scan, just tell the doc about blacking out and ask about partial seizures, s/he will know what to do.

sounds like when I had a year-long bout with bronchitis ... wasn't smoking, but would start coughing hard a few times, then black out :wtf: ... it damn near killed me, you best get to a doctor ASAP ... and, tell him the truth about how you're affected (doctor won't rat you out, don't worry) ... :smokin:

Sounds like you can't handle the weed my friend! :D Ever heard of a rising shotgun? Where you bend over and touch your toes for a minute. Then someone blows you a gun while your rising from the bent over position and as your rising your inhaling as hard as you can until your all the way straightened back up. Then hold that hit in and your head back and a lot of times that will cause you to blackout or see the white light per-se. Some crazy shit!

While Italiano doesn't seem to take your concern seriously, YOU NEED TO.
You need to go to your doctor IMMEDIATELY and tell him/her exactly what is happening. Tell him it happens when you smoke pot (he can't narc on you). No need to feel guilty/ashamed/embarassed disclosing that you use. You are not the first patient to disclose this; it's very common (trust me, I know). Doctors are bound by HIPPA and confidentiality laws, so he don't worry about legal ramifications or anything. The more information your doctor can have about the issue, the better they will be able to help.
Point is, get to the doctor immediately. Blacking out is DANGEROUS. Losing consciousness is even more dangerous. And I mean life-threatening. If you think of your brain like a computer, blacking out is similar to not shutting down your computer properly, and you risk damage (and even the possibility of not "re-booting" correctly). Please go see your doctor. And don't smoke any more until you do.

First off this post is old from like half a month ago so more than likely he won't even see this.....Second he said it happened to him SIX times. If you do it constantly and it happens every time, then it's not my concern how one treats their self. What is the age ol' saying, happens one shame on you...happens twice shame on you. Well it happened six times, so maybe he can't take the weed and needs to stop or smoke something other than bong RIPS.
