Heya there guys, gals, Mr.'s, and Mrs'.

I've been dabbling around in my 4' wide X 2' depth closet.


Day 21 of 12/12 for my two matured females.


12,000 lumens of CFL's and a 2 tube 4' t8 fixture wedged in there for the clones that came off of the gal in pictures 1-3. Strategically placing styrofoam reflectors to concentrate the insufficient amount of light being used.

Pictures 1-3 are of the gal that I did NOT LST until preflowers on day 2 of 12/12.

Pictures 4+ are of my bonsai'ing experiment that ended up FEMALE!!(starting with me clipping the SECOND true node clean off, and ended up topping close to 20 times)
She showed somewhere around 8 days 12/12.

I will be adding random posts full of pictures showing my noobish LST technique procedures along with pictures of my step by step bonsai'ing from seedling.

Haven't gotten my ventilation issues dealt with in the closet. New house. >.<

Once I get the little squirrel cage fan mounted and the panda film zipper door hung...hehe, the hempy bucket sog will begin. =)

I've got various dank plants a couple weeks into veg. My Dad, none the less, in the little piss pot town he lives in, has a friend of a friend that specializes in 'hydro grade, and kind bud grade' herbs and some supposed 'bubblegum' and some sort of 'purps/purpleshit' was in circulation along with some healthy little beans now in my possession.

I'll soon have a few mums in my 2'x2'x2' CFL stealth table.

Just gona see what happens. :thumbsup:

Also going to post some pictures in the next couple hours. Hitting the double perc at the moment. =D

sounds good be! can't wait to see what's going on over there. i just found a ball on 2 of my ladies. so i've gotta come up with something to block the light.

i'm thinking of ordering some beans. i think i have it narrowed down to blue venom (blueberry x white widow), kings kush (og kush x grape) and super lemon haze. not sure if i will get them all, i might run with the kings kush and super lemon haze for now.

i can't rep you again yet, but i just realized how good your sig is! it's freakin awesome! good thinking.

That's a very tasty list. I'm torn between Blueberry crosses, Strawberry Cough, AK47 (in hopes of a cherry pheno) and of course any dank purple strains just because of the exotic colors.

Shoot me a link if you start a new log or post some pics of frank and/or the girls.

yeah, i've heard about that cherry pheno on the ak-47. don't know anything about it though. if clones direct ever comes back they had it on the mother list. doubt they'll be back though.

Glad ya stopped by. I'm sure you can find plenty of cloning tutorials out there on the youtube. Soooo simple. I spent 12$ at walmart for a tray, dome, seed pucks, and root hormone. Got the 76 count tray. :jointsmile: extra pucks and a bigger dome.

Day 32 12/12 for LST and bonsai girls.


'nother update. just some pictures and good news. what else is there to look forward to?

Have 2 'dank' cuttings and 1 popcorn middies cutting in the dome. should see roots in the next week or two.

picture 1 is a bonsai bud formation kicking it into gear after being on a real PH'd/bloom nute cycle for a 10 days now.

picture 2 is on day 32 from seed and day 3 of calyx/pistil production. a dank plant that has showed female and amazing growth patterns. supposed to be from bubblegum bagseed or some sort of 'purps'. Time will tell.

I don't think the weight will be an issue unless I step it up with the lights. I'm running on limited resources. =P only about 200-250watts of fluors.

I'm just raking in knowledge, experience, and learning the art of patience.

you might be pleasantly surpised with what you get. i ran four plants on my first grow, with eight, 1600 lumen CFLs. i got a pretty good harvest.

you still have what, about 3-4 more weeks to go? they'll start to fatten up.

Haha, op3 is a friend of mine I grew up with. Started running the streets at 5 years old and wasn't allowed to cross the rail road tracks.

he's also shadowing me in order to garden himself eventually.

ok, cool. i was just lost for a minute. did you pickup the blower? if so, how does it work?

and i've heard not to use superthrive during flower. some say they do, some say they don't. i know rusty trichome suggests against it (just using his name as he is highly respected 'round these parts!).

yeah I got the blower, was 55$ and some change after taxes. Has a 1,2,3 setting and setting 3 moves as much if not more air than my buddy's 300cfm vortex fan. :wtf:

my closet is 1 or sometimes 2 degrees above ambient now. only on the 1st setting with the fan though.:jointsmile:

when I hang the 400 watter, with ballast and all in the closet, should only have to run the second setting.

also, the link I posted earlier has 480cfm posted in the specs somewhere.
so I dunno what to make of it.
Either way, was a damn good 55$ spent on the blower. Rather than 80 for a 1 speed 100cfm blower.

I also am VERY appreciative of you, shake, shooting me the info about Superthrive in flowering, any info rusty gives is golden to having a green thumb.

when do you plan on hanging the 400 watter? i hope to get a 600W HPS (probably with a cooltube (more than likely homemade) in the next couple of months. maybe some t-5s for the seedlings/clones and moms (once there is something worth keeping around).
