Binaural Beats

Anyone use binaural beats for relaxation, or just a mind fuck? A fellow CannaComer recently introduced me to iDoser, and I can't get enough of it, it's really interesting to read about the effects of simple tones on brain wave patterns.

When I tried i-Doser it really didn't do anything for me. But I used my speakers instead of headphones, so maybe.
