Question On Drug Testing

Hey i am looking to get a summer job, and most places around where I live drug test. Most are only pre employment, but I have been smoking for about a good 5-6 months straight for almost every day. I stopped smoking for about a week, caved in and smoked a blunt. Then I again have been clean for a week but am debating smoking tonight. My first question is I am 5-8 150lbs, if I stopped smoking a week ago and just kept going with my original routine without excessive amounts of liquid how much longer would you guess it would take for me to be clean enough to pass a test ?(I know everyone's system is different but speaking in general terms.) My second question is if I do smoke again tonight, I would most likely have to use the substitution method. I would get one of my friends who does not smoke to piss for me. If I do and I wear either tight underwear or some tight sliding athletic shorts, how long could I keep the piss before it would test out too cold ? And one more thing I have heard something like hand warmers would help keep the temp up, but basically I am not sure what I am doing, and am looking for some guidance haha.

Also I have some 500 mg Niacin pills, I have heard if you pop like 8 of them and drink a gallon or two of water then you could be fine. I am very skeptical of this and really do not believe it, I was wondering what the deal is with those pills too.

Also I have some 500 mg Niacin pills, I have heard if you pop like 8 of them and drink a gallon or two of water then you could be fine. They passed because of the gallon or two of water - not the niacin. Niacin is a myth. It does nothing to pass a U/A.
