My sprouts turned yellow

So the plant has been out of the ground for about 36 hours now, it's basically upright with its cotyledons almost fully spread out, and it was a healthy looking plant until this afternoon: the entire sprout turned yellow. What could be my problem??

should probably try filling out the troubleshooting form and posting this in the plant problems forum...

that being said, if i were going to take a wild stab in the dark... i'm guessing you added nuterients to the soil when you should not have, or there is something horribly wrong with your grow medium and it has a massive ph problem.
