hello, i have posted here a couple of times already with a "what are my chances" type post, i had a question though, i know exercising is vital to the detox process so i have been doing at least 30 minutes to an hour of cardio or pilates every day, but i am inside while i do this, and while i do sweat i am not like soaked with it, not real hot inside the gym or my living room. I was wondering how important the sweating part is, or if it is mainly about just getting your metabolism up and trying to burn fat.. i was thinking about sitting in a sauna at my gym, not a big fan of them, but i will do it if it helps, do you actually lose very much thc through sweat, or is working out good enough??
.... i don't know if my stats matter to much for an answer to this question but i am 5'3, 106 lbs, daily smoker for a year, will be clean for about 40 days when i drop....
