Got it about a week and a half ago, only thing I've used since I got it. But now it's starting to smell like plastic when left on for more than 10 minutes. Also there is something rattling around inside.... The place I got it isn't the most reputable place either.... 123Vaporizers.com.... Any suggestions about what it is, what I should do, anything?

got it from 123Vaporizers.com, its their VP-100. I took it apart yesterday cuz there was something rattling around, and the wire broke right off when I wasn't even messing with the part its attached to. So i got the wire connected again and it works alot better now. But if you leave it plugged in for a bit, the box will start to smell like plastic.

Yeah, those cheap Chinese knock-offs can be, and usually are, really problematic, but what's worse is, that you have no idea what in the hell is in the vapor path. I mean, if they have no problems using lead based paint in baby toys that they export, then I'd be VERY cautious about what they put in these vapes.
But regarding the plastic smell, more than likely, it's coming from the inferior plastic tubing that they use in the whips.

Yo,
I also have the VP 100. I went to the home depot and picked up a piece of 1/4 inch oak project board and made a new box. I was scared to death of smoking anything that smelled so strongly. Now the only thing I taste is awesome vapor! As soon as i put my new box together I sucked through the element and no more toxic smells. It cost me about 5 bucks including elmers wood glue (non toxic). I really dig my 'new' vape it works awesome once you get rid of the original box!
It was pretty easy to do, the only original wood left is the piece that the actual glass tube is mounted to. These boxes are made of compressed sawdust and some toxic smelling glue! I kept all the original parts, just in case i need to warranty it; i can put it back together if need be. Hope this helps.

So it's the box, not the tubing. Wow.......
The fix is a bit more complex.

Take a big whiff of the box. It is the glue used to hold the compressed chinese sawdust together that smells so awful. This is why it gets worse when heated up. The only real wood is the piece that holds the glass tubing (you can keep this piece). If you like i can try to post a pic. it really wasnt difficult to make. It was well worth the fix. I rock mine @ 385 and get some great vapes- 4 or so vapes to 1 BT worth.

I got one of these from 123Vaporizers as well. It was scary toxic, I wouldn't dare use it!
Stay away from these folks.
I'm happy with my new Vapor Brothers box vaporizer. Similar design, much better quality and i like the ceramic element.

You're right about quality. It's much safer to get a name brand with a warranty. Dealers like Vapenow.com and Vaporstore.com don't sell the Chinese ripoffs. You get a well made product backed by service and a good guarantee. Break a wand? They've got the part.

Yeah, but these kind of Chinese knockoffs are sold on various sites as well as on Ebay.
Red flags SHOULD go up if ANY of the following occurs:
The vape is a home electric unit and sells for less than 140.00
The vape does not come with at least a 2 year warranty
The vape does not have a brand name
