- Ebb and Gro

- General Hydroponics flora 3 part
(using bottle mix specs)

- 3 waterings daily (15 mins)

- 24 hours of light

- RO filter w/20 ppm's after filtering

- PH ALWAYS 5.9

Gen Hydro's Nute calc says to mix the three part with flora-blend and one other mix. On the bottle it says just use the three part (Gro,Micro,Bloom).

The nute calc says the PPM's should be at 1080 for the "Grow Phase" of the plants, with all 5 of the components mixed in. The bottle has no PPM's recomendation for just the 3 component mix.

I'm using a 20 gallon reservoir with 18 buckets. The PH is ALWAYS at 5.8 or 5.9, but the PPM's are coming out at 1500+ using just the 3 part mix on the bottle.

I changed to using a 15 gallon mix-up in a 20 gallon reservoir. Still have 1400 plus PPM's. so now I just do the 15 gallon mix up, and drain some water, then refill with pure water to get around 1100 PPM's for the end result.

I have two strains growing. One is GDP from the med center. the other is a Holy Shit knock your socks off home cross of GDP (50%) and another purple.
The special strain has been tried and true for my neighbor for years, then I got it by pure luck.

I recieved these plants by chance/luck. There were six of them. I cloned the shit out of one and flowered the other 5. The clones started off great, but then turned into some weird mutant tomato looking things.

Now I have 6 generic GDP plants that show signs of Burn or Deficiency, and the best strain I've ever seen that has mutated into the THING, and it too shows the spots.

Any recomendations/help is appreciated and needed

Thanks

Notice the BROWN/YELLOW spotting!?!?!

Worst of all is the entire 12 "Special" strain have become the mutants. They exhibit mis-shapen leaves that have lost the almost sativa looking blades and taken on the fatest indica wide leaves ever. All of the leaves now are extremely deformed and curled up. The plants are growing pretty fast, but the growth never looks proper.

The color of the new growth is bright healthy green on both strains. However that has been giving way to the spotting.

Are you using CalMag with the RO water?

Negative, I just checked this post after reading about changing from GH 3-2-1 to a 1-1-1 and adding calmag.

Calmag is necessary with GH you think?
thanks
