They're ready to put into flowering when you're ready to flower them. Just be aware that they will double to triple in size. That being said, are they showing any preflowers?

Hey nice plants there unknown. They look mostly Idica to me and I like the dark color. If I remember correctly naturally you can see preflowers depending on strain and many other variables at about four wks or so.

Not to trample on your thread Unknown, but I had a Skunk #1 a month into flowering at 7ft tall - with a month left to finish and no room to grow, any more. I flipped it (the plant) at a month, to start the flowering process. It nearly tripled in height. You might want to top your plant, if it gets to high.
(P.S. Nice plants for cfl)

I like the indica look. And as for your question they look ready to enter flowering anytime from now. They are still going stretch some more once you enter flowering. They looked so healthy even when they had just started!!! I'm looking foro to seeing how they end up.

Most of the time a 12" seedling will finish between 24 and 36 inches. Some strains stretch even more. I've had 2 or 3 strains that would triple their height the first 10 days in flower. One plant was cut at 62". No way could I have done that without some serious bending. When it finished the main cola reached across the garden about 24". It was only 10" below a 1000 and yielded 122 grams, making up for all the hassle.
