On u/a's but I am eligible for a medical card...

i recently got put on pretrial u/a's and will probably have to do them for probation after my sentencing, but, like i said in the thread title, I am eligible to get a medical card. My question is this: If i get the medical card, will it matter if I test positive for thc? Since it would be prescribed and for medicinal use could they do anything about it?

I live in CO and have been searching the forums and didn't really see anything CO specific so I thought I'd throw this out to the masses for any feedback.

I think this is still a very gray area in most states. It should be legal prescription as long as you have a doctors authorization. It would be best though to contact an attorney who is experienced in this area. You might try contacting NORML
