problems with quick links

everytime i hit quick links (and try to go to my subscribed threads the forums refresh and i get "open contact popup". i was just wondering if anyone else has this problem?

i sure hope they didn't change it to be this way.

i don't understand why we are having so many problems around here. especially with most of the fine members of these boards willing to donate to keep things running smooth.

I haven't had a problem really with that, but what I do have a problem with is the server being busy at the same time every single day for like 3+ hours...It drives me crazy considering I do my browsing at these times of night....GRRR

yeah, that does suck italiano!

and i figured out what was wrong, there was a firefox add-on that was causing things to go awry.

silly me.

I don't know what you're talking about, sorry. Where are these quicklinks?

it's in the green bar, towards the top of the screen. it has forum home, user cp, member list, new posts, search, quick links and log out.

the quick links button is a drop down menu that lets you mark posts read, view subscribed threads and about 7 other options.

i did get it figured out though. thanks fakeboobs!

I don't think I've ever opened that because I have some other features available to me as a mod.

What was the problem because I see the third option is open contacts popup. Where you clicking the wrong one or clicking the one you wanted but it was acting like you were clicking the open contacts popup or something else?

yeah, it said quick links, like normal. but when i clicked it to drop down the menu it refreshed the page and then would say open contacts popup (on the green bar itself) and that was it.

i was trying to get to my subscribed threads (the way i always had before).

there was a no script add-on to firefox that was causing it not to work properly. i appreciate the quick response and all of the help!
