Amount to Dilute

Question: Wondering if anyone knows how many ounces of liquid will cause a dilute sample. I read somewhere that the DHHS (Department of Health and Human Services) sets a 40 ounces in 3 hour type deal. Not 100% on that one. Would be helpful.

Yeah 40 ounces it what the DOT uses too. Usually your fine with 40 ounces if you haven't been drinking lots of fluids in the days prior.
