well im wondering in rhode island is depression a reason for seeking a mma card. And if theres any information you can help me with about getting it that would be a huge help

Depression is not recognized in Rhode Island as a medical illness that use of cannabis can be used as treatment. We can petition this as part of the bill does state that a petition for medical conditions not listed can be utilized to add medical conditions. Contact: RIPAC (www.ripatients.org) for more information on a petition to adjust the current law to allow depression as a medical condition.

Just go online and look up the law, depression won't do it. I know a guy that is on disability because of mental trauma at work that caused depression, his psychiatrist of years said "no, its not possible for the symptoms." A psychiatrist can recommend it for you however, he just has to recommend it for something different. Don't bother contacting RIPAC, I have been told by many people they are useless in helping people get recommendations.

Been to a community meeting, I think ripac is great, I just don't know why you and Onegreenday pop up in the community forums of people asking for a doctor telling them to contact RIPAC,,, take out the phone book, close your eyes and point, same difference.

lol my life has been one fucked up tragedy after another, and i also have RAD because of my parents neglecting and abusing me, RAD (reactive attachment disorder) also means i feel very shy and dont like to hang out with other people and arent ever social, whenever im high i get to know someone ALOT better, i always tell people who think im really queit just to smoke weed with me but they just laugh.. i think depression and RAD should be a reason to get a mmj card in RI.
