Help! my plants are in danger

hi was wondering if anyone an help my plants have literally just sprouted 4 days after planting them. I have 5 growing and only one of them seem too be doing well. 1 plant has brown dots on there leafs , another has a black tips on leafs and another has a really light stem and the final one looks as if it is too close too light like a dark green colour. The grow is in soil , under 3 energy saving lights bulbs 2 100watt one 60watt and one 75watt flouresent bulb, i plan on switching bulbs soon but the plants are like 2 inches away from light. can anyone help plz thanks in advance. this it my first grow.

growbb, welcome to cancom. glad to have you here. this is not the correct forum to post your plant problems. you would post that type of query in the plant problems (http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/) forum.
