Backround....
I just got crap scared out of me. A Drug task Force Agent (city county unnamed - but they bust a lot of Meth) stopped by at my front gate and wanted to "come in" and discuss some information he had on me for Growing Marijuanna. After a long time going round and round with him I got one of the (Police officers?) to admit that they had me ordering something from a Hydr Store. They were perseisant and I was very nervous. I used my dogs as an excuse for not letting them in. I knew they did not have a warrent, so i never mentioned them getting one. I just used my dogs and running an at home biz to get away from them after i gave them my Drivers Lis. . Also i have a past arrest 6 years ago (not conviction) for felony poss in a different State. pleaded down after a bad search. I also had four bottels of liquid that was visable to them on my front porch... needless to say everything is gone (that they thought was in there)
Stupidly, I did order a couple of items from different stores (no more than 200$) about a year ago and 18 mos ago. I know for a fact that know one knows or suspects about my little gig - its just for my own personal alleged use

My Question/concerns are.

Are they coming on a warrent ?
Can i ever operate again ?
How long do i have to wait?
Is a little bullshit order from a hydo store enough ?
How do you think they got that info?

Thanks for any help --

If they did a knock and talk then they have reasonable suspicion. Thats why they were there. I would either move or put the growing on hold for a few months. Cops don't do a knock and talk for nothing. Somebody has talked.

i really can't move(own) - i was thinking a lot longer than 2 mos - or maybe not at all. I'm sure no one was talking i've never discussed or have never revealed anything to anybody. I think all they had was that order...and nothing else...except my nervousness?? If they really had anything...they wouldnt want to tip me off. right Who frinking knows ...this blows...

Thanks for the reply

Someone had to of talked. We have a problem with our local hydro store. He seems to be snitching on some people but not others. All you can do is minimize risk as much as possible. Watch documentary called Never Get Raided by Barry Cooper. The last half is very informative on how to beat these terrorists at there own game.

Freedom. It's the one thing I don't risk lightly. I would cancel your plans unless you are going outdoors some fair distance at a safe place. Wipe your hard drive erase the cat's memory and the dogs too, and always speak in a madeup language.....:( okay so I got upside down a sec, but seriously freedom feels almost like its nothing until you don't have it. I did a year for some leafy greens once and its just not worth it. Maybe help a friend learn your craft...

thank killer weed for the vid -- realy interesting and life saving... and frost whatever - you're right dude - sometimes this whole bud thing has no risk reward value when you think about it....and the severity of the penalties make it really stupid to violate them - even though the rules are stupid...and when you're breaking the the 100% of the time - you have to be lucky 100% of the time.....time becomes your enemy....:)peace out

Why not grow some tomatoes inside for a while. If they come back with a warrant and don't see any equipment they will likely assume you simply moved everything. If they see the equipment and it being used for growing vegetables they may leave you alone for a while. Just a thought.

Cool video so far, I will have to watch the rest when I get home from work. Quick question though. He suggests having grow equipment shipped to a friend's house because it can't be traced. But couldn't it? Wouldn't the cops see it was shipped there, go talk to the friend, him go, "umm... no, I haven't ordered any of that. You want to look around." Wouldn't most cops ask if you received any packages for someone else? When they answered truthfully, wouldn't that lead the police to the grower?
