Urge your state legislators to co-sponsor medical marijuana legislation in Delaware.

Read the article here:

Please take a few minutes to send a pre-written email to your representatives!

I might also add that I think the MMP model bill is overly broad since it defines every aspect without leaving amounts of usable medicine up to the physicians and qualified patients. What about marijuana felons being excluded from working in a dispensary? Marijuana use shouldn't be a crime period. WA allows 26 ounces every 60 days. I don't need that much but others may. Just some thoughts.

I totally agree with you, but politicians like to take baby steps. That specific Senator is proposing the bill based on the MPP probably out of convenience (and fear of being too radical). Once the bill is introduced, the Senate and House will change it to their liking. This is where we come in, we have to let them know what we want by calling their offices, emailing, faxing, etc.

Massachusetts is attempting to pass a bill that would completely legalize Marijuana. Here is the article:

If anyone lives in Delaware and would like to help out, please let me know! I will check this thread daily. I will also start posting updates on Twitter and keep MySpace and Facebook updated.

Take Action!
