Whats the Watts?
It looks like a regular 60W Halogen light that I use in my kitchen lights. But umm yeah im gonna have to agree your going to need more like, 6500K for Veg, remember that. How old are your plants? From what I see they look good but I don't know how long you've been growing them for under that light lol.

That light will produce a ton of heat and will become extremely ineffecient as your plants get bigger. You will have to have more of them which will make more heat and jsut run up the electric bill. If your looking for cheap yet effective go with some CFL's they are very inexpensive and will be alot better for your grow room, i.e less heat more lumans and lower electric bill.

Also having them in the same pot is not good, not good at all. If you can get em into seperate pots I would, so they don't have to compete with each other for nutes as they get bigger.
