Flowering Stage Lighting

Well Im in the middle of my veg stage and realized that my flowering stage is coming up, dur me. lol. Well right now im on a tight budget so im running my veg on 2 T12s 48" floros. Its just one plants for now. My problem is I don't have anything stronger for Flowering and I don't have a bunch of money to throw around.(And People say its cheap to grow weed ;)) But yeah I need some suggestions or some ideas or can I actually flower with my T12s?

11$ 2 pack of 48'' warm white t8's (2700k)
10$ 2 pack of 48'' warm white t12's (2700k)
and a fan. =)
imo, have a friend 'sponsor' you. =P
tell him you'll put a sticker on your rig if he buys some lights. :stoned:
