i have about 20 seedling that i started in a jiffy seedling starter with a humidity dome. i left the seeds in there for a little over a week and just took the dome off to set up my florescents. they are all about one inch tall with the seed shell still on them and are droopy, (they look like walking kanes) so i was wondering if the droopiness was normal or not. please help. thanks in advance.

it sounds as if the seedlings are missing the light. Place the light near them ASAP, and they should recover slowly. Don't touch them too much since they are quite fragile and break easily. I've had it before, it sucks :(
So yeah, as long as you got a 100W or so on them they should recover, don't give them too much water or their root systems won't establish properly!
Make sure they don't out too, your seedlings are in quite a vulnerable stage/state!!
hope this helps!

seedlings don't require much light when they're that small, they're busy building a root system ... more likely, a case of under- OR over-watering ... the humidity dome could be holding too much moisture in ... :smokin:
