I have read somewere that city police depart. have crimes listed in order of importance. Meaning, rape--- send out everyone. J-walking - who gives a fu#$### Now Possesion of marijuana is on the list, is there a way to find out how your local police rate its importance; other than dancing naked down main st. smoking a bong or something:stoned::stoned::stoned:

I'd say call your local police department and ask... After all, their purpose is to serve and protect you, this should fall under the "service" department. Then again, could be the biggest waste of time, ever.
